Job Summary
The Financial Controller ANZ will oversee the financial operations of the organization within the Australia and New Zealand region. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the implementation of effective financial strategies to support the company’s growth and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure effective internal controls are in place to safeguard the company’s assets.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Experience in the ANZ market is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
