Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (Automotive/OEM) to lead our sales initiatives within the automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and developing strategic plans to enhance market presence across the designated region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential OEM clients, nurturing long-term relationships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote products and services.
