Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Participate in client meetings and follow up on action items as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and account management principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred but not essential.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
