Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise all site activities and resources.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, budget, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Manage and mentor site staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

- Relevant certifications in health and safety (e.g., White Card, First Aid) are preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large construction projects.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
