Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Village Operations Manager to oversee the operational management of our village facilities in a FIFO (Fly-In-Fly-Out) or DIDO (Drive-In-Drive-Out) capacity. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the village environment, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a positive community for residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring all services meet company standards and resident expectations.
- Oversee staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Facilitate effective communication between staff, residents, and external stakeholders.
- Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Current first aid and CPR certification.
- Familiarity with Australian health and safety regulations.
- Willingness to undergo background checks as required.
