Job Summary
The Food Safety & Quality Assurance Officer - Night Shift is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained throughout the production process. This role involves monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce food safety and quality standards during night shift operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities and processes.
- Identify potential food safety hazards and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions taken.
- Provide training and support to staff on food safety practices and quality standards.
- Report any non-compliance issues to management and assist in investigations.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Certificate in Food Safety or Quality Assurance is desirable.
- Availability to work night shifts and flexible hours as required.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
