Job Summary
**
The Group Manager, Children's Services will oversee the strategic and operational management of children's programs across multiple locations. This role involves leading a team to deliver high-quality services that promote the wellbeing and development of children, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic plans for children's services in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage a team of service managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and industry standards related to children's services.
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including families, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
- Commitment to the principles of inclusion and diversity in children's services.
