Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating bulldozers to perform various tasks related to earthmoving, grading, and site preparation. This role requires a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate dozers to move, grade, and level earth materials as per project requirements.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and equipment usage.
Required Skills
- Proficient in operating bulldozers and other heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of grading and earthmoving techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid operator’s license for heavy machinery.
- Previous experience as a Dozer Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- White Card certification for construction safety.
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor and operate heavy equipment.
