Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate bulldozers to perform various tasks, including grading, excavating, and landscaping. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery operations and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate dozers to perform earthmoving tasks such as grading, clearing, and site preparation.
- Conduct pre-operational checks to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
- Follow project plans and specifications to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and equipment issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or repairs needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience operating dozers and other heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of site safety practices and regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid Australian driver's license.
- Relevant certification in heavy machinery operation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dozer Operator or in a similar role.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
