Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced All Rounder - Dozer/Grader/Excavator for a FIFO (Fly-In-Fly-Out) position. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery, contributing to site preparation, maintenance, and project execution in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a proactive approach to equipment management and teamwork on-site.
Responsibilities
- Operate dozers, graders, and excavators for various earthmoving tasks.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans and meet deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with site preparation, including grading and excavation activities.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the site supervisor promptly.
