Job Summary
The Optical Dispenser is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with the selection and fitting of eyewear products. This role involves interpreting prescriptions, advising on lens options, and ensuring accurate measurements and adjustments for optimal comfort and vision.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Interpret and explain optical prescriptions to clients.
- Provide recommendations for frames and lenses based on customer needs and preferences.
- Conduct accurate measurements for eyewear fitting, including pupillary distance and segment height.
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed to ensure proper fit and comfort.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of eyewear products.
- Process sales transactions and manage inventory effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice.
