Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Optical Dispenser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with the selection and fitting of eyewear, ensuring a high standard of service and product quality. This role is essential in providing expert advice on lenses, frames, and optical products while maintaining a welcoming environment for all clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear and optical products that meet their needs.
- Measure and fit frames and lenses accurately to ensure optimal comfort and vision.
- Provide information on lens options, coatings, and frame styles, including their benefits and care.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management, including ordering and receiving products.
- Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with optometrists and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products to provide informed recommendations.
