We are seeking a highly skilled Applications & Technical Support Specialist - Mass Spectrometry to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support and application guidance for mass spectrometry systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with clients to troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and assist in the implementation of mass spectrometry solutions.


- Provide comprehensive technical support for mass spectrometry instruments, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their application needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding of mass spectrometry techniques.
- Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods using mass spectrometry.
- Maintain documentation for customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
- Support sales teams by participating in product demonstrations and providing technical expertise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mass spectrometry technology.


- Strong knowledge of mass spectrometry techniques and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and team members.

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mass spectrometry applications or technical support.
- Familiarity with various mass spectrometry platforms and software.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits and training sessions.
