Job Summary
The Group Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives. This role involves managing financial planning, analysis, and compliance while leading a team of finance professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and reports for the group.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance financial performance.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
