Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our global retail brands. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all retail locations operate efficiently and effectively, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving profitability and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all retail locations.
- Provide leadership and support to store managers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational effectiveness and identify training needs.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.
- Stay abreast of retail trends and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
