The IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT operations and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security of all technology systems. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, developing IT strategies, and collaborating with other departments to align technology initiatives with business goals.


- Lead and manage the IT operations team to deliver high-quality support and services.
- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance system performance and security.
- Monitor and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions for infrastructure needs.
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of network systems to ensure operational efficiency.

- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity practices.
