Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Fiji Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance while maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and recreation.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, suppliers, and community organizations.
- Oversee marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Conduct regular assessments of service quality and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting.
- Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies in the hospitality sector.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate to Fiji.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to the hospitality industry is advantageous.
