Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager for our Fiji Resort, who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's operations. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff effectively, and drive financial performance while maintaining the resort's reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the resort, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial targets and operational excellence.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders, promoting a culture of hospitality.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting.
- Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.
- Familiarity with resort management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate to Fiji.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is an advantage.
