Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Support Technical (Lv1) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide first-level technical support for digital services, assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

- Respond to user inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems related to software and hardware.
- Assist users with account management and access issues.
- Document and track support requests in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Provide guidance on best practices for digital tools and platforms.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, and hardware components.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Customer service orientation and a desire to help others.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and commonly used software applications.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in IT support or a related field is desirable.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in IT or a related field is a plus.
