Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Manager AUNZ to oversee and manage financial operations within Australia and New Zealand. This role involves strategic financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support business objectives and drive profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance organizational performance.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives and improve financial performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial closing processes and audits.
- Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
