We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the effective management of our financial resources. - Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support organisational goals.
- Monitor financial performance through regular analysis, reporting, and interpretation of financial data.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including timely preparation of financial statements and audits.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making processes.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and risk assessments to optimise financial performance.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is preferred.

- Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
