Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving innovation within a dynamic environment. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions that align with our business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions, ensuring high quality and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology initiatives and support business development.
- Establish and manage budgets for technology projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in technology management.

- Proven experience in developing and executing technology strategies.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management practices.
- Experience in remote team management and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
