Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to join our finance team. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives. This role is crucial for maintaining accuracy in financial reporting and promoting effective financial management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax obligations.
- Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
