Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Policy Officer (Schools and Education) to join our team in a work-from-home capacity, available to candidates Australia-wide. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational policies that support schools and enhance student outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on educational policies and practices to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including educators, government bodies, and community organizations, to identify needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Draft policy papers, reports, and recommendations for internal and external audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of existing policies on schools and education systems.
- Provide advice and support to senior management on policy-related matters.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of policy initiatives.
