Job Summary

The General Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the organization, ensuring efficient processes and growth. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and fostering a strong company culture while achieving financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance targets.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

- Eligibility to work in Australia and willingness to travel as required.
