Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an agency setting.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the Australian job market and employment regulations is advantageous.
