Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases and project plans.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis or similar role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA) are highly regarded.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow design.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is an advantage.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is preferred.
