Job Summary

The Case Manager to Judicial Registrar or Senior Judicial Registrar plays a critical role in supporting the efficient administration of court processes. This position involves managing case files, coordinating hearings, and providing essential assistance to judicial officers to ensure timely and effective case resolution.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Judicial Registrar or Senior Judicial Registrar in managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate and schedule court hearings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Prepare necessary documentation and reports related to case management.
- Liaise with legal practitioners, court staff, and external agencies to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Monitor case progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation of procedural reforms and operational improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

$79,125 - $86,425 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation
