Job Summary
The Case Manager to Judicial Registrar or Senior Judicial Registrar plays a critical role in supporting the judicial process by managing case files, facilitating communication between parties, and ensuring compliance with legal protocols. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills who can effectively handle a diverse range of administrative tasks within a court environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Judicial Registrar or Senior Judicial Registrar in managing case files and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule hearings, meetings, and appointments for judicial officers.
- Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Serve as a point of contact for parties involved in cases, providing information and updates as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to case management.
- Support the efficient operation of the court by performing administrative duties as required.
- Collaborate with other court staff and external stakeholders to facilitate case progress.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in law, legal studies, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Current Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
