Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Admin to join our Risk and Insurance team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery to our clients. The successful candidate will assist in managing client inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting the overall team in achieving its objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Risk and Insurance team, including managing client correspondence and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support the team in identifying and addressing client needs to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client interaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with client management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or client service role, preferably within the risk or insurance sector.
- A relevant qualification in business administration, insurance, or a related field is desirable.
- Understanding of risk management principles and insurance products is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
