Job Summary
The Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment. This role involves conducting regular inspections, performing repairs, and coordinating maintenance activities to provide a safe and functional environment for all users.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties when necessary.
