Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate documentation and supporting the overall efficiency of our contract management processes.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant legislation.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
- Monitor contract performance and manage renewals and expirations.
- Provide support in dispute resolution and contract-related inquiries.
- Develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices.
- Assist in training staff on contract policies and procedures.

- Professional certification in contract management (e.g., NCCM, CPCM) is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
