Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Building & Maintenance Tradespeople across multiple trades to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and facilities.
- Perform tasks in various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and departments to complete projects efficiently.
- Assist in the planning and execution of renovation and improvement projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Availability to work flexible hours, including on-call as needed.
