Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to oversee and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information while supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Oversee budgeting processes and provide financial analysis to assist management in decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and manage the company’s financial resources effectively.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to drive business improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in leading and developing finance teams is highly regarded.
