Finance Director


Job Summary

The Finance Director will lead the financial planning and analysis operations of the organisation, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is critical in shaping the financial strategy and managing financial risks while driving efficiency and effectiveness across the finance function.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Present financial reports and insights to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in the relevant industry is advantageous.
