Job Summary
The General Manager People & Culture is responsible for leading the development and execution of human resource strategies that support the organisation's overall business objectives. This role involves fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and engagement across all levels of the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and best practices in HR management.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace issues effectively.
