We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.
- Oversee the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and liquidity.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
- Coordinate the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development.
