Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance by tracking key metrics and identifying trends.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting principles.
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain accurate financial records.
- Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for financial decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications
