Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our Defence Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracts related to defence projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, and compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met and identify potential risks.
- Conduct regular reviews of contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with organisational goals and compliance with applicable laws.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts and related correspondence.
- Assist in the resolution of contract disputes and facilitate communication between parties as necessary.
- Provide support in the development of contract templates and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within the defence or infrastructure sector.
- Knowledge of Australian contract law and defence industry regulations.
- Relevant certifications in contract management (e.g., Certified Professional Contract Manager) are advantageous.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
