Talent Projects & Enablement Manager

Job Summary
**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Projects & Enablement Manager to lead and support strategic initiatives that enhance talent management and employee development within our organization. This role will focus on driving talent programs and ensuring effective enablement strategies that align with our business objectives.

**
Responsibilities
**
- Develop and implement talent management projects that support workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify talent gaps and design enablement programs that foster employee growth and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage best practices in talent development.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements and Qualifications
**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, employee development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering HR projects.
- Knowledge of current trends in talent management and employee engagement strategies.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
