Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Interim Executive — Governance, Operations & Reporting to provide strategic leadership and oversight in governance frameworks, operational efficiencies, and reporting processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that the organisation adheres to compliance standards while enhancing operational performance during a transitional period.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement governance policies and frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Prepare and present accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align governance and operational strategies with organisational goals.
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Manage risk assessment processes and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in governance, operations, and reporting roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the Australian context.
- Availability to commit to a full-time interim position for the duration of the assignment.
