Job Summary
The Group Head of Finance will oversee the financial operations and strategic financial planning for the organization. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity and sustainability of the group while providing insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the finance team to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the group.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor financial performance and provide detailed analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

- Proven track record in financial management and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in a large, complex organization is advantageous.
