Responsibilities

- Handle correspondence and communication with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain an organised filing system, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
- Support billing and invoicing processes as required, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
- Perform general office duties, including data entry and inventory management of medical supplies.

Requirements and Qualifications

- A valid working rights in Australia.
