We are seeking a detail-oriented BDA Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, while providing insights to enhance financial performance.


- Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business objectives.
- Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional qualification (CPA/CA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control or a similar role.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with Australian financial regulations and corporate governance.
- Experience in leading financial audits and managing external relationships.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis tools and techniques.
