Job Summary
The General Manager Housing Operations will oversee the strategic and operational management of housing services within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of housing programs, enhancing resident satisfaction, and achieving business objectives while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for housing operations to align with organizational goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of housing services, ensuring efficient service delivery and high-quality resident experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of housing professionals to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve operational efficiency and service outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and policies pertaining to housing operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance service provision and community engagement.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to housing operations.
- Address and resolve resident concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.

- Understanding of the Australian housing landscape and relevant legislative frameworks.
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
