Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Implementation & Delivery Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of projects and ensuring successful delivery to clients. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process for projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and address any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation phase, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
