Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Kitchen Team comprising a Senior Chef, Chef de Partie (CDP), and Commis to join our culinary team. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen management, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.
- Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stock control, to minimize waste and maintain costs.
- Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
