The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organisation's objectives. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to drive financial performance, manage risks, and facilitate sustainable growth.


- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax, audit, and reporting requirements.
- Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and capital structure to optimise financial performance.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Assess and manage financial risks, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing finance teams.
- High level of proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in financial management within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial reporting standards, and risk management.
- Eligibility to work in Australia and a valid driver’s license may be required.
