Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Effectively present product offerings and address customer objections to facilitate closing sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
