Job Summary
The School Based Education Support Trainer Assessor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to students in the field of education support. This role involves working collaboratively with educational institutions to enhance the learning experience and ensure compliance with relevant training standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess training programs in education support to students in a school-based environment.
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources that align with industry standards and requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to foster their development and success.
- Collaborate with school staff to identify training needs and ensure alignment with the curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of assessments and outcomes.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in education support or a related field.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a training or educational role, preferably within a school setting.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards.
