Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting to support business objectives and strategies.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Assist in the development and improvement of financial models and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and governance standards.
- Mentor and support junior analysts in their professional development.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of performing financial analysis and reporting in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
