Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis and strategic support to drive business performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights on financial performance and trends.
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models to evaluate business scenarios and initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of strategic plans, financial presentations, and ad-hoc analysis as required.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on financial data interpretation.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Experience working in a corporate finance environment, preferably within a large organization.
- Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
